TERMS OF SALE: 

The acceptance by JAG Aero Solutions of any purchase order placed by a Buyer (Customer) for Products is expressly made conditional upon Buyers agreement to these sales terms. JAG Aero Solutions certifies that the Products supplied in fulfillment of the Buyer’s Purchase Order requirements have been inspected in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015 quality system and conforms to those standards. JAG Aero Solutions makes no herein representations or warranties concerning the material sold. Shipping terms are FCA. Buyer shall assume the risk of any loss or damage of items in transit. Damage due to shipping problems are the responsibility of the carrier and do not constitute grounds for rejection.

There are no implied warranties of any kind and the Buyer agrees that such material is purchased: AS IS WHERE IS”. No material is to be returned to JAG Aero Solutions without prior authorization (RMA). All claims for Non-conformance must be made within 30 days of receipt. All return shipments must be identified by the applicable RMA number and shipped back in accordance with instructions provided by JAG Aero Solutions. Material returns are subject to a restocking fee. No material is accepted after 30 days except for warranty repair consideration. Buyer will be responsible for all expenses that result from an improper rejection.
